We process your orders as swiftly as we possibly can, and we will supply a tracking number via email on dispatch, orders are processed within 24hrs. In the UK, we use Hermes tracked to deliver your ordera and Royal Mail for international, both signed delivery and if you’re out, they’re usually left with a neighbour or you’ll receive a contact card to arrange re-delivery or collection. All customs and import duties will be your responsibility and are not included in our delivery charges.

Europe

Up to 1kg & under £70: Royal Mail International signed-for 5-7 days, £15

Rest of the World

Up to 1kg & under £70: Royal Mail International signed-for 5-10 days, £20

Import duty. 
If you order products from Repack Clothing for delivery outside the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination.
You will be responsible for payment of any import duties and taxes.

Returns policy

If the sizing is not as you require or you're not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 30 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new with tags attached.

Faulty items will either be replaced or refunded once we've looked them over.

Returns are only accepted for items purchased from the Repack website. If you have purchased your item from a retail partner please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.

Please include a suitable delivery address for us to despatch exchanged products to. Deliveries require a signature on receipt.

We’d always recommended you get proof of posting when returning a product. Sadly we can’t accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Exchanges

We will of course replace items if they are defective or arrive damaged. If you need to exchange your product for a replacement, just email us via the contact page.
